Beachbody

I don't know about you, but I'd prefer to sweat & pant doing my workout in the privacy of my own home. Just sayin'...
So I am loving my Beachbody online account. I can log in anytime and pick out of hundreds of workouts! 
I just happen to think this one (10 Rounds) is the best & is my fave…..so far. Growing up on the Rocky movies, I was pumped to do a boxing workout & it totally fits my personality, ha.

I fell in love with this awhile back. So simple. Just a kettlebell & music. Easy peasy. And you are only supposed to do it three times a week! Um...yes, please.
